Returns & Exchanges Policy

We offer a 14-day return period, meaning you have 14 days from the day you receive your order to submit a return request.

How Does the Return or Exchange Process Work?

To initiate a return, fill out the form on our contact page or email us at info@soho-boutiques.com, including your order number. Our customer service team will guide you through the next steps.

Once approved, you will receive our return or exchange address. Please return the item within 7 days of approval following the provided instructions. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe delivery, as refunds or exchanges will only be processed once we receive the item.

Important:

  • Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
  • Do not return items to the address on the package; only use the return address provided by our customer service team. We cannot process returns sent to an incorrect address.

Return Conditions

To qualify for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn, unused, with original tags and packaging.
  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

🚨 Always contact us before returning an item! Returns without prior approval will not be accepted. Email info@soho-boutiques.com with "Return Request" in the subject line. Only items that meet our return policy are eligible for a refund or exchange.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at info@soho-boutiques.com, and we’ll resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Items That Cannot Be Returned

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)
  • Personalized or custom-made items
  • Beauty and personal care products
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Additionally, sale items and gift cards are non-refundable. If unsure, feel free to contact us.

Exchanges

Want to exchange an item? The fastest way is to return the original item and place a new order once your return is approved.

Cancellation Policy

  • Within 1 hour of purchase: You can cancel your order for free.
  • After 1 hour: Cancellation is no longer possible, but you can return the item once received, following our return policy.

14-Day Cooling-Off Period (EU Orders)

For orders within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without giving a reason. Items must be returned unused, unworn, with original tags and packaging, and with a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval. If approved, your refund will be issued via your original payment method within 6 business days.
